ST Johnstone's Taylor Steven has signed a new two-year contract and is eager to cement his place in the first team. The Scotland Under-21 winger was part of the club's Championship title success last season. He spent the first half of last season on loan with Arbroath before returning to Perth to play his part in St Johnstone's Championship title success. Steven has made 41 first-team appearances for Saints and has also featured on loan for East Fife, Alloa and Cliftonville. He is excited to get back with the team for pre-season and give it a really good go. It was an unbelievable season and personally, including the loan, a great experience - especially picking up his first senior medal. Steven has been on a few loans now and he feels he has done well at them all. He is ready to kick on and cement a place in the first team.
